Our goal is help you through the legal process during your worker's compensation suit. We want to help you get compensated for the injuries that received while on the job. Shane P. Bradley, Esq.

Shane P. Bradley is passionately committed to representing injured workers in the Northern California area.  He knows what it is like to have a severe injury requiring hospitalization with no one to turn to for help. 

In 2000, Shane worked for a machine shop where he was severely poisoned due to toxic exposure with industrial cleaning chemicals. Unfortunately, the employer was uninsured for workers' compensation.  He spent weeks in the hospital, lost 60lbs, and had both internal and external chemical burns. This led to permanent damage to his internal organs.  

After a slow and painful recovery, Shane went on to attend Sacramento State receiving his degree in Philosophy, and then started his own insurance brokerage business. Later, in 2009, his brother Seth Bradley decided to study at Lincoln Law School, so Shane joined him, working during the day and going to classes at night.

After passing the CA State Bar in 2014, and as a result of this harrowing poisoning experience resulting in permanent disability, Shane decided to primarily represent injured workers. He is infused with passion to see that justice is done and hurt workers are duly compensated for their injuries.

Shane worked for preeminent law firms for both the injured workers and employers before opening his law office, so he understands the tactics and strategies employed by both sides in a workers' compensation case.

While not engaged in working on clients files, Shane enjoys watching baseball, wrenching on classic cars, playing the guitar, eating great food, and spending time with his three boys, Magnus, Finn and Haydn.
